Using Snapchat has become incredibly popular, but it can be frustrating when you accidentally add someone who you’d rather not talk to. Fortunately, there’s an easy way to unpin someone on Snapchat, so you can stop getting their Snaps and Stories in your inbox or losing precious space in your chat list by having them there. Here’s how to unpin someone on Snapchat!
Open your Snapchat app
- Open your Snapchat app and sign in.
- Find the person you want to unpin in your contacts list.
- Tap and hold on their name until a menu pops up.
- Select Unpin from the menu.
- Confirm that you want to unpin the person by tapping Yes.
Tap on the + icon
Tapping on the + icon will open up your list of contacts. Find the person you want to unpin and tap on their name. This will open up their profile. On their profile, tap on the settings icon in the top right corner. In the settings menu, scroll down until you see the option to unpin. Tap on this and confirm that you want to unpin the person by tapping unpin again.
Add a friend
To add a friend on Snapchat, simply open the app and point the camera at your friend\’s Snapcode. If they don\’t have a Snapcode, you can also add them by their username or by using your phone\’s address book. Once you\’ve found your friend, just tap on their name and hit the add button.
Swipe left until you find the person you want to unblock.
If you\’ve had someone on your Snapchat Best Friends list for a while and you want to remove them, it\’s easy to do. Just follow these steps:
- Open the Snapchat app and swipe left until you find the person you want to unblock.
- Tap on their name to open their profile.
- Tap on the gear icon in the top right corner of their profile.
- Scroll down and tap on Unblock.
Press and hold their name.
If you want to unpin someone on Snapchat, all you have to do is press and hold their name. After a few seconds, a menu will pop up with the option to unpin. Once you select that, the person will be unpinned and moved back to the bottom of your Friends list.
Tap Unblock.
