Oppo Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro Smartphone Launch: Smartphone maker Oppo today launched the Reno 8 series of smartphones in India. Under this series, the company has launched two models namely Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro. Apart from the Reno 8 series of smartphones, Oppo has also launched its first tablet in India – Oppo Pad Air and Oppo Enco X2 wireless earbuds. Let\’s see what is special about them.
OPPO RENO 8 PRO, RENO 8 Price and Availability
The Reno 8 Pro has been launched in India at a price of Rs 45,999. This price is for the version with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Apart from this, talking about the Reno 8, its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 29,999. The Reno 8 Pro will go on sale from July 19 and the Reno 8 smartphone from July 25 on Flipkart, Oppo Store and mainline retail outlets.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro Smartphone-
Oppo Reno 8 Pro features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. At the center of the phone is a hole-punch cutout that houses the 32MP selfie camera.
In this, you get the MediaTek Dimension 8100 Max chip, which can be paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The software is based on ColorOS 12.1 Android 12.
For photography, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro has a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP main (Sony IMX766), an 8MP ultrawide and another 2MP macro camera.
You get Oppo\’s custom 6nm Mari Silicon X NPU inside the phone. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
The Reno 8 Pro smartphone comes in Glazed Green and Glazed Black finishes.
Oppo Reno 8 Smartphone-
Apart from this, the Oppo Reno 8 smartphone sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It has a hole punch cutout that houses the 32MP selfie camera.
It will get a MediaTek Dimension 1300 chip. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The software is based on ColorOS 12.1 Android 12.
For photography, the Reno 8 has a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP main, 2MP monochrome and another 2MP macro camera.
The battery and fast charging features are the same as the Reno 8 Pro+. On the other hand, Reno 8 comes in Shimmer Gold and Shimmer Black color options.
