FIFA World Cup 2022 Schedule: FIFA said that the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will begin on November 21 and the first match will be played at the 60,000 capacity Al Bait Stadium.

FIFA on Wednesday announced the opening and final dates for the 2022 World Cup. The World Cup 2022 group stage matches will last for 12 days with four matches played per day and the knockout matches will be played after midnight in Qatar if the match goes into extra time.
Starts November 21, ends December 18
World football body FIFA on Wednesday released the schedule for the first such World Cup, which will be played in November and December. The first football World Cup to be held in West Asia will begin with a match against the host Qatar, which will be played on November 21 at 1:00 pm at Al Bait Stadium with a capacity of 60,000 spectators. Matches during the tournament will be played at 1pm local time (10am GMT), 4pm (1pm GMT), 7pm (4pm GMT) 10:00 PM) and 10:00 PM at 7:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time).

Matches at 8 locations
Due to the lack of impact on the European season, the tournament will last for 28 days this time while the previous tournament in Russia was played for 32 days. Chances of changing days
